WotA has been nerfed QQ

Why did the attack speed get nerfed too? I thought the only reason it became overpowered was because of scythe/spear sins which got remedied by the 'daggers only' nerf...Why not let dagger sins keep the old IAS value? The skill is elite after all.

33% at 12, 13, or 14, would be quite fair, in my opinion.

It's not useless, you just don't know how to use a skill that requires a bit of thinking.

In conclusion: WotA was overpowered, OBVIOUSLY, but the IAS being reduced to garbage combined with an aftercast means that not only is the spike only increasingly faster by a small increment, it also means, PermaGladDef (Flashing Blades) is a way better option. Way to lose by decreasing the IAS. I think 33% is fair as it's daggers only. Any higher is a bit tipped off over the scale. Should have left it at daggers only and make the speed buff always permanently 33%. Perhaps even 25%.

I tried it and the addtional speed and crit thrown into an attack chain makes a huge difference. The IAS speed is just FINE where it is, 33% is on the edge of broken even with daggers.

This is just like rapid fire. You used to be able to use it on any weapon, then they nerfed it to bows only.
Imo it isn't that big of a deal. After all, WoTA is a ELITE skill, unlike rapid fire which was a non elite.

Couldn't care less. The only thing WotA was good for in RA was anyone playing an SS necro. Chuck SS or Insidious Parasite on WotA idiots and they almost never stopped attacking. Tore them to bits.

[Shattering Assault] still butthurts people like its nobodies business, so I don't know why people are getting upset over this skill.

Really not hard to beat a sin irregardless with a Ranger. Throw dirt and Lightning Reflexes can crimp a sin long enough for a ranger with some decent punch to take them down before both wear off. This at least has been my experience against maybe 80-90% of the sins i've faced via 1v1 or in AB. Give them all the IAS they want, wont do any good if they can't hit.
