My 1v1 predicts are not saving. The GvG one would not go yesterday either because of some glitch in the XTH. Doing it manually is not an option.

Actually, I believe that player is "qualified". The site actually changes the players name if they switch up the name.

I was seeing this happen last night. Now, if the prediction program finds a qualified player, and that player changes his name (or character) in the time between load selecting and saving the 1v1 picks....it comes up as a can't find player "XXXXX" error.

I wish the ladder would lock in the names of the account on the 1v1 ladder.

Even when I let your program pick them for me, there is something wrong. The 1v1 predictions do not save. I suggest you try changing your 1v1 predictions and then back again to test me assumption.

My account email and passwords are correct, I have made sure of it.

I am connected to the internet properly.

I have let the program run fully until it has finished.
