though it's weird i didn't see that line in the wiki,
did a search on 'limit' and it came up negative.
even though i don't like it, otherwise i would not have run around for a full hour farming pincers :P...

After I'd thought about it though, how broken would it have been to have unlimited gifts? That said, I sold the remaining 235 iris flowers to someone else who thought I didn't know about the traveler

If you after Nicholas the Traveler though, he changes every Monday, but is currently in Fahranur on Istan (NF)

Nick hasn't been following the previous list order since he restarted. That said, the advice to buy linen is sound, since it will be stupidly expensive come the week he's collecting it. Jade and Amber also spring to mind.

To get to The Fissure of Woe, all players of the party must be Ascended or Weh no Su (Elonian characters may instead complete the quest Hunted!). Players must then either use a Passage Scroll to the Fissure of Woe, or pay 1 to a Champion of Balthazar at a Statue of Balthazar while the world has the Favor of the Gods in any of the following locations:

one hide per gift--cleaned the area out and got 7 hides (traded in 5..still have 2 extra)..easy week (and I had been killing charr for the lucky weekend anyways---) had a bunch already

Believe it or not, the worst price i've seen this time was 100g per hide. Some were 50g each. I ran out and got 6 just clearing charr on the way to Nick. Best week ever.

This seems like an odd amount for nicholas to take considering how easy it is to get hides. I have 58 in storage from vanqushing all the Ascalon areas and several dozen in pre.

I am a believer that if you zone into an area and kill the closest mob that they rarely drop anything BUT if you zone in and wait about a minute they drop normally. I think this is some sort of antifarming code. I'll do a bunch of runs tonight and see what kind of drops I get from that mob and record my findings.
