Yet PvP is always available, while you have to get there previously in PvE.
For most PvP areas, you need a few minutes to get there, and then you can spend 1h..3h to get things done, and since winning is 50% in PvP, eventually you'll get them done.
But in PvP, you may need from days to weeks to unlock a certain outpost, so it doesn't matter how much time do you have, there are many rewards you'll never get unless you get there.
And the thing is that PvP players 'need' less of the rewards given with ZCoins. For example, they won't use tomes at all, yet most of the rewards of the Gold and Silver collectors are elite tomes.

Basically, 60% of coins are available only via PvP BEFORE they could repeat the quest.
To those of us who don't have many PVE characters totally pimped or with everywhere available, we lack a consistent way of repeating these quests making the disparity even larger. And if you don't get that, then you really are too stupid to argue with.

I'm pretty sure if you go to HA and keep fighting one of the top teams, your winning rate will be 0% and their will be 100%. Sure, that averages to 50, but it still translates into zero zcoins for you.
