The whole team burst out laughing at him and he rage quit.

By far the stupidest thing I've heard in gw was here. I was told that scamming is ok if it's only 10k or less. Might be more the richer you go.
Money isn't an issue for me. But letting people get away with stealing isn't ok. Scam = stealing. Amount doesn't matter.

I wasn't even able to reply in that topic, because it was quickly locked to prevent more trolling. So get over it. You learned a valuable lesson not to trust everyone with your virtual money for a measly 10k (or 5k). Not something to be that upset about.
(offtopic: I do agree on the fact that it's never right to scam people.)

Probably people kicking others out of groups on these fast farms because of their profession whenever they already have 3 sins in the group already. Telling someone they can't do a SINGLE SKELE run because of their profession is one of the single dumbest things I've ever heard.

Don't you think that if the general consensus here is that scamming is bad whatever the amount is and you come here and say it's only a measly 10k (5k), that you are asking to be trolled.
Gotta love you trolls though? AGAIN more worried about the amount than the actual theft. I don't like thieves, and people like yourself, not only accept that as part of the game, but encourage it. AND before another elitist troll comes with the money angle know this, I've probably already given away more than most trolls ever will. 10k is nothing to me or most of the long time players.
That thread got closed for the trolls not for any other reason. Sad when trolls control the content of guru. Another reason to find another game to play.

This is something I can say about my guild and how we treat each other. I logged in and apperantly one of the members was raging at a hard part of the game. So he asks for assistance in his rage quit mode and spelt help wrong. Me deciding to tease him corrected his mistake it was all good and everything until a little later he wanted to get me back. So i brought up how I only needed 30 ectos till getting my obi (I'll be the first in the guild with it so big deal lol). When the rage quit guy from earlier corrected me saying the plural form of ectos is ecti. Somehow this made everyone in my guild grammar nazis ( myself included as I was doing for the lolz). Eventually things got out of hand and being the only officer on I had to pull out the quite or kicked card 
first time for me. My guild is filled with morons; morons who I love, but still very dumb.

Actually, if you have the in-game filter on, you actually get censored stuff like "----ed cleric". Seeing that was the first time I found out that there WAS an option to turn a filter on (or, in my case, off)

Every single time I mention Adobe's damn Flash I add 'damn' before damn Flash, and did that countless times in the Steam forums (on every single game I bought without knowing it was a damn Flash game), and no one was ever bothered by it at all.
There must be something really wrong with the roster of leaders in that guild. Maybe they are in some kind of religious sect or something.
