Sure, the wealth of multiple XTH and maybe multiple Nick gifts would be nice, but I have everything I desperately want using one account, and henchmen work just fine for me, don't need 6 heroes and a clunky-to-control second character. Totally unnecessary for me.

Only 2 accounts for me, because they didn't always have the option to buy character slots. So to get a PvE character of each class, I bought a second account. After they added character slots, I stopped using my second account and have 11 character slots on my primary account now. First and only month I used the Xunlai Tournament House on my second account was June, which I haven't received points for yet

In that case it's four for me! Two accounts that were hijacked, one current, one friends account I'm definately not holding because account sharing is against the EULA.

I have 2 accounts personally, and my fiance has 2 of his own as well. Our 2nd accounts have fully built characters but they mainly store excess goodies for us (runes, insigs, weapons) that we plan on using eventually.
Hopefully Anet will provide us with a means of eventually merging our accounts w/o losing characters/items. That'd be a nice update. For us, anyway.

I do use the extra accounts for special events as well - I'd be foolish not to. I ran so many characters through the Dragon Festival quests until I just about died from boredom!

7 here accumulated over many years. Most are accounts I purchased for £5 in sales when character slots weren't available and I wanted extra storage. I only play on 2 of them (main and a PvP), rest are mostly mules, either for myself or my guild.

Just one here. Mainly because i dont see how people could want more than 1 account, except if they needed storage and reached a character limit on one char. I mean, I actually understand 2 or 3 accounts, but I heard the guy that ran Lazy had an account for each guild-which i think was about 18-24. To me, thats too extreme. Any more than three, and you dont have a reason such as storage, for doing it.

I have seven because I used to be OCD when it came to Guild Wars.
I love immersing myself too deeply in PvE, so I only wanted evidence of one *official* character on an account. Then I would feel dissatisfied with a character and feel that I had to buy a new account to fully appreciate the game.

I have my main account since early 06. Because storage became a problem I got a cheap second account about a year later.
A while later I became guild leader of my previous guild and about 3/4 year after the founder caused a problem with our alliance leader. So I split them, staying leader of both.
Keeping the 'old' clan including the founder in the original guild and taking the rest and more active players into the new one.
Then most of my warrior/melee playing guildies quit the game leaving us with no decent frontline. I decided to take my second account into my current guild to be able to play PvE frontline easier (that was before paypal-possibility to buy additional character slots) and since I decided to remain GL of the other guild I bought a 3rd one. That account has one PvE character (level 1). I keep forgetting predictions on it
So I have 3 at the moment and if storage would have been solved earlier I would have had 2. Then if Paypay would have been around for character slots I would have probably had one, perhaps two because of the guild drama.

Heavens people, seriously there are some paranoid people here. It's perfectly anonymous, anyone posting to state that they have 1 or more accounts is doing so for their own reasons. There's nothing sinister or motivated behind it except for a casual curiosity on how many accounts this userbase has decided to accumulate. It's an interesting poll and the only results I am looking for are to see just how many of us have more then 1 account. Simple.

I am currently in possession of two Guild Wars accounts, but I don't use the second as a mule, nor do I use it to take advantage of the Xunlai Tournament House's rewards. I play on my main account only, and I just let the other be.
