Looks like International servers are fine btw, one of my accs in International districts can connect just fine.
Getting errros 15 and 200 in american dists tho

I can log in and when I select a character, it tries to load and after a min or so I get code=013. When I cancel it, log out, and log back in, I get code=034.

shame on you anet! wtf is wrong with the servers?! i had this issue on monday and it took 5 minutes of 013 to get back in then now i have to go to my char screenie repick a char before i can move or chat in ac/gc.

in florida usa here >>

and my europe peeps in my allaince are having worse issues then me!

We were waiting to GvG and we couldn't join. You know, getting that "Awaiting for a worthy opponent" message. After waiting for 30 minutes we restarted GW and can't connect now. Error 007 and 13 for all.

Greece(Europe), Korea and Japan.

EDIT: Some Korean and Japanese managed to connect, I personally can't.

EDIT: Oh great, now error 21.

First time I logged in today just now, got in fine. After I selected my character and went to the loading screen though, I got 040. Tried another character, got no loading screen and 013. Next character gave me a loading screen and 040, and I quit there. Connecting from Ohio.

Northwest US here, same issue you've all had. My hall is in the Euro server rack I'm guessing and I can't get in at all. One of my guildies is in JQ US and he couldn't get in either. We both got the same codes. I'm willing to bet something went haywire with the Euro servers.
Just for the record, I sent a terse ticket in. I have yet to have gotten a reply. I'll be interested to see if Anet decides to reply. If they do, I'll post it for everyone. I guess we're all going to have to sit and wait for them to figure out what the heck went wrong.
