I am guessing the next two quests will both be released today and that they will let us choose to side with either the mad king or with dhuum, ala the xmas quests with dwayna and grenth (grentchies vs the snowmen).
That would explain the differences in the new skill descriptions.

Are we suppose to go into the underworld in a normal party for this one? There is no option to use a tonic and go in via ToA reaper and the Mobstopper is an inventory item?

was pretty easy. any class can do this without aggo'ing a single aatxe, just wait for the skeleton to walk past the aatxe's and hit it once from far and it will run to you. 1 person and a healer is enough to kill it. skeleton must be less then 20% to capture it. easy quest.
The only issue is that you need to go into the underworld by normal means meaning that you need to be ascended etc.

I was pretty worried when I saw this was a party quest, but thankfully it's pretty easy to acomplish, I managed to find a great party to do it with pretty quickly too. But even doing it by yourself probably wouldn't be too much trouble.
Disappointed to hear the second quest is repeatable though, does that mean this is the end of them? No big reward? I was hoping for some kind of unique present for doing them, even if the quests themselves have been very enjoyable.

A fun little diversion those skeleton quests are.
I wonder if they'll be permanent? Seems like a SF killer, and if they drop Ectoplasm I don't think anyone else will mind them hanging around as with careful pulling & flagging they're easy prey.

-You can get any number of everlasting mobstoppers by abandoning and reaccepting the quest (to be expected).
-You can use as many everlasting mobstoppers as you want for a session in UW (again, to be expected).
-You can't trade everlasting mobstoppers and captured skeletons to other players
-You can put everlasting mobstoppers and captured skeletons in storage and cash in the rewards on other characters with the quest
-Skeletons of Dhuum drop 4 glittering dust as their material, much like everything else.
That's all the info I've gathered so far
