You have to be pretty dense to not realize I was baiting a response.

Necrosis is a skill, not a spell or signet. Doesn't work with MoR, LA, or Arcane Echo.

Using mesmer skills is one of things players including myself wanted and the change doesn't effect shouts...

One problem is Fevered Dreams and Ash Blast.

I've seen all the dialogues (the last one being the one with the new recruits), but the guard won't let me pass through. What am I missing?

Did you see the dialogue outside of the Eye of the North? (It involves Gwen/Thackery/Langmar.)

Shorter recharge on FD, Drain Delusions, Energy Tap and and other Mesmer energy management skills you like to use.

Yep. The fevered dreams+ash blast combo will be blown out of the water with this update. It's official - anet really hates mesmers.

@Krill - Bimonthly updates, man. Gives them more time to roll out meaningful updates. So instead of randomly buffing a sin elite every month they can rather..eh.. Never mind.

Please speculate what in the world is going on with seer / asura and god i hope mursaats.
Why is asura doing the wulfenstein (1st level) experiment with seer.

The only thing I can imagine is to extract whatever energy they use to infuse armor. Probably to use it with an ultimate anti-mursaat weapon. I just wonder if the seer volunteered for it...

Seers just perform ritual its the eidolon spectral essence thats needed for infuse.

The War in Kryta... so basically nothing new again ... just a some more dialogue to read but nothing to do (no new quests, etc...)

That's not how cartography has ever worked. When LA was turned into a desert for a day and people could "walk out to sea", the extra pixels they unlocked counted to the title.

Also: biggest O-o moment in a long time when I looked into Zinn's lab and saw that Seer lying there.
