Skill Changes

* Crippling Anguish (PvP): reduced Energy cost to 10; reduced Health degeneration to 1...5; removed 50% attack speed reduction.
* Mind Wrack: Energy loss is now triggered only by your non-hex Mesmer skills.
* Overload: increased recharge to 12 seconds; now recharges 80% faster if the target was using a skill.

Miscellaneous

* Rebalanced the rewards for escorting Courier Falken.
* Rebalanced the rewards for completing Wanted by the Shining Blade quests.
* Escorting Courier Falken now has different rewards in Normal and Hard Modes.

Looks like Anet is on a roll.

Since I'm at work, I'm curious just *how* the escorting and bounty rewards were rebalanced. Can someone provide this?

Okay I hate the new overload. I used to just spam it even if a mob wasn't using a skill. Frankly I'd rather have it in the pre-buff state where I can actually use it than this.

Gonna try out Courier now.

EDIT - so im getting told he dies alot faster and the rewards are 6 in NM and 12 in HM, testing it now

EDIT 2 - LOL my group just got mega spiked in HM.

Three new bounties available on the signpost, one gives you 15 war supplies as a reward the other two give you 30 war supplies each quest as a reward, all in HM of course.

Much better in my opinion.

Well, I'm certainly not going to say anything critical about ANet devs what with Dhumm listening in and all.

Have to be more thoughtful when using Overload I guess. Not sure whether Mind Wrack change matters much in PvE ... never use it much there.

I'm hearing from a friend that Courier runs now give 6 supplies in NM and 12 in HM.

Inquisitor Bauer and Inquisitor Lashona were just added to the board. Each gives 5k exp, 1k in gold and 20 supplies +10 extra for HM.

Honestly..Even with the greater "rewards" on quests, I can't be bothered to do them. Let me know what medals are used for and maybe I'll do them.

Falken: Lion's Arch to Nebo Terrace portal in NM gave me 250 gold and 2, yes 2, War Supplies.

That's all I can say right now.

EDIT: I'm going out on a limb right now to say we'll need 10 Medals of Honor for whatever they account toward. That's 250 War Supplies AKA A Stack of them.

Courier out of Divinity Coast is now 500g and 3 War Supplies in NM...thanks Anet we do love to grind!

Wrack needs a bigger nerf.

Nice Overload buff.

Might solve the GvG problems with Overload. Bar is still ludicrous in 4v4. Overload pimpslaps Sins now. You can stand there, DPS race them, and win.
