Such strange forms of logic here. If i walk trough the mall i will never complain about the stores trying to sell me shoes or perfume. A strange world that would be: You go shopping and all you ever see on a shelf is the one thing you want.
You got your moneys worth out of this game three years ago, kids. You paid for what was on the disks. You never had to pay for any later content that matters, gameplay wise: The Zquests, heavy equipment packs, Nicolas and the war in Kryta content. And there was that one free storage panel too. Some of you even complained about THAT. So show some gratitude or Santa will notice and he might stop giving you candy. |

"...and have subsequently reported the disappearance of Lt. Thackeray to Gwen in the Hall of Monuments."
http://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/Hearts_of_the_north So it seems your char should also visit Gwen in your HoM to be able to get the new quest chain started. |
Edit: Took a couple zones but they finally showed up.
s
No. If you have to enter these zones in HM, then then the vanquish symbol will be colored yellow (aka already vanquished!). So, you cannot use this as an excuse to vanquish.
Another possible question I except to see (or may have been asked already):
Is the reward in HM better than in NM?
No. The rewards are the same (including 1,250 vanguard points each time), although you do not receive medal of honor the second time onwards. The only reason you might want to do HM is for the challenge and it's still doable. For the first quest, it took be 9 min in NM, and 12 min in HM, simply because enemies were more aggressive, causing me to regen myself and Miku quite a bit between fights. You and Miku needs to work better especially in HM. Always use skill 1 when she calls her mark skill.

Thanks for the info.
Just for clarification, if you've already done the quest in normal mode, do you get 2 medals the first time in Hard Mode?
Or is it still 5 War Supplies, just like a second time in normal mode.
You get 5 war supplies if you do go do the same quest again, regardless of difficulty (so NM first time = 2 medals of honor, and HM second time = 5 war supplies)
A

. I have just completed the Asuran allies bit and am now on the start of the ebon allies.
