Kimi is looking great so far, I really can't find anything to comment on it besides saying "waaaaah, so pretty!". Her pose is really dynamic, and I'm liking the lighting and the background.

I really, really like how you post progress screenshots. It's wonderful seeing how your drawing evolves over time, and how you try out different things which don't necessary make it into the final drawing.

@Perynne thank you yeah, i spend way too much time painting things that eventually don't even finish in the artwork, but i think thats just how process of learning goes in this particular painting i decided to leave out one of the spaceships, because closer one was stealing way too much attention from Kimi.
And thankfully i got news that my new 2TB hard drive is waiting for me at the store, so i will be able to work on this picture during the weekend ^^
And heres a little update, left one is 12% of the real size (yes, the original size is 8000x8900 300dpi ) and the second is a 33% close up of the hair. Her face is still in the Kingdom of unfinished faces, but her haircut is almost done ^^ and since you can't really see how her hair is messy from the 12% piccie, hence the 33% one ^^

Magik this may be your most impressive piece (in my opinion, as that can certainly be because its a new subject matter )
Only one question: Kimi has hair up at the back, in the frill like thing, which implies to me that her hair us up. But her hair is also flowing down her back..? I may be looking at it wrong but it seems wierd to have both the hair up and down at the same time... unless thats what IH wanted o.o

If you still have the larger file and choose to crop it, try and place kimi's face into the golden third (or whatever you want to call it o.O) where its the point where a horizontal and vertical third meet.. does that make sense? O.0

It's true that the the focused part intensifies it. But the choppers and all play a huge role in the scene too. :P
But I want to use this one for future references, so people can see the entire suit and what not.

I'd have to say the horns angled up. However, it wouldn't be a bad idea to thicken the mid section of the horn so it transitions a bit better.

Its not about the size. Its that I have the feeling that her right boob is being pushed up, while the other is not. I would push her left boob a bit more upwards. If you look at the middle of her bikinithing, the boobs are very close to eachother like if they are being pushed towards eachother. However the side of her left boobs and the bottom of it look like it gets more free space. Looks a bit unbalanced to me.
