Nice, I just started the first quest, the new Afflicted are lvl26 in NM and have 2 professions, saw a warrior use hammer skills and Aftershock, and eles have Searing Flames opposed to regular ones that have Mind Burn. RoJ + SF = Ouch
Also, beware the Necros steal minions.
Looks to me these Afflicted are using meta-ish pve builds

Initial impressions:
-Quests seem to be "go there, kill stuff, get reward." Somewhat unimaginative.
-Purple rarity weapons are cool. Fully moddable Platinum Staves + Paper Fans are very nice.

Dragonguard Costume & Aegis of Unity Costume
They're kind of 'big', I like the claws on the Dragon Costume. The Aegis of Unity one is kind of glowy in the default and you can't dye the mask. Where as all the red on the Dragon one can be dyed, mask and body.

edit: as for the costumes, it's a good idea to have them as it gives them money (they are a business after all). It also means if you like the content, you can buy the costumes to support the company.

Also, for the Afflicted levels: they're the same between NM and HM, but there are additional Afflicted in HM. Since all of the Afflicted in the new content now have profession based Soul Explosions, having more of them around makes them more dangerous than just increasing their base level.

Liking the content so far, but a little bummed the weapons are just old faction skins. Costumes look nice though. Also, any thoughts on the fact that jitte and fan prices are going to tank?

Jitte is the daggers, sword is a katana so the jitte swords arent gonna change. But fans are nice =)

I'm disappointed they're using the Katana skin with the Sword of Purity as opposed to the Shinobi Blade, because as it stands you could already craft one with 15^50 from Honglei Sun who is located in Maatu Keep.
They also made Signet Shield kind of worthless since you can get an INSCR one at rq9 in the form of the Shield of Purity.
I'm disappointed STILL no Shrine Maiden costume, but I guess I can live with that. The costumes are too similar.
