Binding flames: Ele, fire att. 15e 2 second casting 15 second recharge
looks- - - >(Target foe is chained to his/her location by chains of fire attached to the wrists and ankles.)
Target foe takes 10-70 fire (+5 damage every level) damage becomes crippled for 4-16s. Foes adjacent to target foe are set on fire for 1-5s. When binding flames ends, you take 40 damage lose 5 energy.
Magnatisim: 10e, 2s cast, 60s charge Earth att.
For 10-60s, as long as you weild either melee weapon or an Earth att weapon, you deal an additional 8-22 damage in combat, and a 15% chance to block incomeing arrow, earth, or melee attacks.
This next one is a personal dream of mine, totaly over powered in every way shape and form, but sounds like a blast no less XD
Induced Dementia: 25e, 3s cast 60charge Elite hex Domination line.
Target foe and one random ally (your self included) recive Dementia for 10-30 seconds and hexed with Induced dementia for 10-30 seconds. When someone under Induced Dementia uses a skill, it targets a random target, ally or foe. all skills used are able to target any target, ally or foe. ID is unaffected by any other skill or spell in any way. (it can affect allies under the effects of spell breaker or Obsidian flesh since it doesnt TARGET that ally specificaly.) also, this should be litteraly limited to one copy per team. like... makeing a new class of TEAM elite spells? :P
(this does seem a little overboard, but turning one target foe into a wild card, in excange for a random ally being the same seems like a nice idea.)
The condition, Dementia.
When ever you use a skill, a random one is instead used on your current target. If Dementia ends prematurely, Dementia is instead renewed for its origional duration. When Dementia ends, you gain full life or full energy and all skills must recharge for 10 seconds
