She's wearing midnight blue 15k Rogue Attire, Hose and Footwear with 15k Virtuoso's Gloves.
The midnight blue colour is made with black+blue+blue+green.
She's also wearing golden 15k Enchanter's Attire, 15k Virtuoso's Hose, Stylish (collector's) Gloves and Footwear.
The attire is dyed yellow+silver+silver, and the rest is dyed green+orange+silver.

Ive never seen fow armor on a Mesmer in GW, i have only seen it on a website. Ive seen a couple of nice mesmer armors roaming around but i would like to see the nicest armor. Show off your mesmer armor here and we will decide who has the nicest. (Everyone is a winner!)

Here is my mesmer Ruthann Drygoon in a 1.5k and 15k Rogue outfit I just combined for her last night.
Here she is in her usual wear. This was a cap from one of the kryta area missions but I don't remember which one.
This one is after my fight to the Granite Citadel to look for Titan quest people, I came across these two identical warriors just standing around. Needless to say it called for some fooling around while they stood by doing nothing.

Its a combination of armos actually. I think Temptress has 15krogue top however the rest is a mix of performer and such. I had a simular combination on mine when I was passing through yaks bend a couple months ago.
Mine was dyed blue of course and it was not even 1.5k lol

Well its obvious they have good taste in what I believe looks good on females. I'm sure they have some sort of fashion design education now mixed with game design. Looking forward to what they got for armor design in factions.

Me too! But from what I've seen of those screens ya showed me from beta, they look great. I love the assassin and ritualist designs, even if you think the assassin girls are too skinny lol
