i got a great party. we got to the end. we killed the bosses.
I got a green drop. Victos Axe. But one of my teammates was dead so i ressed him so he could pick up his stuff. But i didnt pick up my stuff in time -.-
Right before i picked it up...i was back at Tombs

I think I remember Gaile Gray saying that everything that you get during the beta you will get to keep if you get it on your paid account (not the free PvP account). However, I'm pretty sure she said that whatever you get will be 'disabled' after the weekend until you get your 'real' Factions key when it comes out. I could be wrong, but I'm 85% sure that's what she said.

I think the sword is definitely one of the better melee weaopns they released, the axe is junk but will probably be selling for the most even though sundering is a horrible mod. I think the bow is nice too I just really wish they would make a green Vampiric Horn Bow ^^. And the new shield is pretty excellent.

Look, I'm not saying that they're going to get deleted or even temporarily disabled for sure. I'm just saying that I'm sure as hell not going to plunk down 200k for an item with a future I'm not 100% certain of.

The old tombs is now called Heros Ascent or something, and there are no mobs, only players, just like before.

The end mobs at least drop tons of greens still. They aren't hard themselves - make sure you bring Remove hex for the backfires though. All in all, just get a patient guild group and you'll be fine.

Well, I just finished my first run. I spent 3-4 hours just to get two staves that I can't even use. Oh, by the way, there were four zones on my run, with the Hall of Heroes being the last zone. There are three level 30 Darknesses at the end, and each one drops 3-4 greens.

and to clear anything up for anyone who's wondering what the hell is going on, here's a brief explanation:
The Tomb of the Primeval Kings has been corrupted by something that is antagonistic against Balthazar. for the lack of a better word. it's also been changed into a PvE outpost, and the Hall of Heroes entrance has been moved to the Battle Isles. look south of LA on the map for an entrance.
it's your job (as usual) to kick the ass of whatever is causing it.
more henchmen have been added so you can go in with a full party of 8.
as far as i know, you move through each of the PvP maps, clearing out mobs of incredibly difficult monsters. these monsters have been equipped with a VERY powerful skill called fingers of chaos. i'll find a description later.
once you reach some sort of endpoint, you have to face these "Darkness" monsters that randomly drop these new green items.
