Biggest waste of money?
Well..one day I went into Best Busy, and bought this game called Guild Wars...

More like a biggest waste of life topic, but that could be considered gaming in general.

Uhh biggest waste of money...organizing a free world tour for a couple weeks and spending about 7 hours running 7 people for free. Usual charge for this would be aprox. 2.5mil *cough*

Buying tons of skills for 1 plat. I also bought 1.5k tats for my monk when I could've just used the LA tats for the same 55 effect. I've never had more than 23k on a character at once. It always disappears somewhere. My latest spending was tons of vials of ink for ritualist armor. Only to notice that they will never go up in price because they are so easy to make.

My 55 monk.
She cost me 150K to set up, plus the loss of my massively effective Mesmer (I needed a free slot), and she's frankly boring to play. Yeah, she's probably paid off the set-up cost by now, but my warrior is more profitable, and a lot more fun to farm with.

If we're talking items, I bought a Thorgalls Shield for 5K, just before realizing that warriors actually don't need enchants to farm, so I've never used it.
