I did crete a new character and that character had a bow. As a test I created another character and that character also had a bow. We are aware of the issue and are currently planning to introduce a new command (example: /retrieve) that will allow you to retrieve the special item at any time throughout the life of your account. This means that even if you have lost it or deleted it for any reason you will be able to type this command in and receive the special item again. We expect to have this command in the game in the next 24 hours and are really pleased to be able to bring this to you. Also if you are having problems with some of your special items not being customized to the character they are on, this will also be fixed in the next 24 hours as well. If you have any further questions about this or any other issue you might be having please do not hesitate to ask.
