Wow this is nice. I strongly agree there should be something like this.

pretty decent screenshot with fading you must use photoshop don't you?

It would be even better if it can show their attribute points as well.

Having a seperate window for all these seems like a lot of work for the devs and pretty unnecessary. A better way to implement this idea is just make it possible to 'ctrl click' your skillbar. This way nobody has to worry about listing their skillbars unless they want to or they are requested.

Example team chat conversation:

Group Leader: Can you please list your skills Mr Monk.

((Mr Monk ctrl clicks on skillbar))

Mr Monk: I'm using Word of Healing, Orison of Healing, Dwayna's Kiss, Healing Touch, Aegis, Healing Seed, Channeling, Resserection Signet.

Group Leader: ok good.

This way if someone really wants to craft his team down to the last skill, he can just ask them to list them in the chat and the player can do it with a click of a button, no need for lavish extra windows.

I like the idea but I can't see your example for some reason. (Probably the cows highjacked the bandwidth again.) At anyrate, there might still have to be talk.

I have on several occasions ask what kind of skills I would need or stated I have such and such areas beefed what do you recommend to get nothing back. Then, after we are in a mission I have never done before, be asked why I don't have such and such.

I strongly approve of anything that would promote pre-mission communication. (Maybe even an orientation screen of us all having a beer the night before, <wink>)
