The way I read it was that the day of Tengu still ends at midnight tonight. However, instead of a 10 day grace period, you now get an extra 3 of them to actually play.

Ok, I'm going to go out on a limb here.
The Tengu event was not extended. The "event" over the weekend that was just recently announced is only to provide access to Factions though use of the pre-order key. This is separate from the Tengu event, which will end 24 hours after it began.

I collected almost 2500 fangs.. started selling them at 100 gp each...
I remade the same char so many times I lost count.. that was after I brought all of my prophocies chars over..
