Oh yeah, just go south to Kaineng Docks. Like the devs forgot that no one else has played this before, and we don't know where it is.

Can anyone please give more specific instructions? I've gone wandered South, and I can't find anything. I'm far from the only one, everyone here I'm seeing has been looking for it, and can't find it. No one can give an answer on where this First Mate actually is.

Where's Firstmate Xiang? Can't find him anywhere.

Edit: Ahh, from Kaineng Centre, fight your way south until you reach an outpost called "The Marketplace," then head west into an area called Kaineng Docks. First Mate Xiang is there (not at Kaineng Centre).

For lvl20, head south from the starting place till you get to the Marketplace, which leads you to the docks. Talk to the guy and you can fond out what to do from there...

someone is telling me now that once you have your 250 fangs you must wait....at the top of each hour there is a celebration where masks are awarded...

can anyone confirm this?

I'm focusing more on power questing, not getting a silly mask.

Its definitely 250, and I have not seen anyone with it.

You get the naga fang quests from the Master Of Celebration, I just went with my lvl20 and the quest was available straight away.

I'm not sure if their is multiples masks, although I don't think so.

EDIT: THe celebration is happening now O_O I have 230 fangs >_<

wtf.

I was there with exactly 250, and the guy started the celebration, and put like 3 people's names up in messages (like mad king did), and I didn't get my tengu mask.....i was right there next to him

Wow...what a craptastical thing to do.. So you collect your 250 fangs and you sit around and wait..la la la. The master of celebrations says to see him when you have enough..and when it's time...BUT...you don't see the master of celebrations you need to see someone else. Or else...much like just happened to me and a district full of people you get nothing till the next time.

alright worked it out
for those who are on new cathan characters and can't see a quest from master of celebrations

you need to have a secondary profession chosen first
so pump yourselves through your primary quest!

Theirs no guide on where to go, but you just need to head dooown and you should find it sooner or later, and its easy as you should have a party of 12 (kinda).
