While there may be a list at GuildWiki it's far from complete. When I looked last night only 4 of the Ritualist elites had boss information.

Weapon of Quickening is also available in the Vizunah Square mission. Sorry cant remember the name of the boss, but its in the 3rd or 4th wave of Afflicted that arrive when defending master togo in home quarter. (right at the beginning)

also it looks like all the bosses after eternal Grove/Hatchery are mirrored on the other side on different bosses but same skills

I got Ranger Spike Trap from an Am Fah Marksman boss named Meynsang in Pongmei Valley just south of the Sunjiang District gate. I also got an awesome green longbow from him.

I myself have not been able to get ritual lord from Silent surf. If anyone has a location please post it. If I find it myself I'll post a link.

I don't think you'll get Flesh Golem in Vizunah Square.

Can't remember the boss name, but I got Order of Apostacy in that mission.

Okay, many thanks to those who've posted (the first post should have all the updated info to here). There's probably more for each skill, but I'd like to see us have at least 1 sighting for every elite soon -- here's what we still have nothing on:

hrm, can't see why its the most popular one (i just wanted it cuz i love daggers) but i'm still trying to figure the usefulness of it

Wanderlust is in Tahnnakai Temple explorable area off a temple guardian boss called Quansong Spiritspeak. You might want to talk to the emperor there (if you havent already) and then rezone, I think some of the mobs arent there when he is. Quansong is in the middle northern part of the map.

A few notes on Quivering Blade: To make the boss appear, 2 things have to occur:
1. Turn the Am Fah in the area hostile (will explain)
2. Rezone at least once.

I wasn't able to find the boss until (after Racthoh's suggestions) I completed the "Assist the Guards" quest and tried to clear some other quests that I had opened, including "The Search for a Cure" and the followup "Seek out Brother Tosai" (those quests are documented already in the guildwiki, if anyone wants to check quest givers etc). Then, by talking to Brother Tosai, you are offered to chose between 2 quests: Drink from the Chalice of Coruption or do not drink (excuse me for not taking note of the offer, I have done the quests so I cannot backtrack).

Either chose apparently turns the Am Fah in the area hostile (and they will keep hostile ever after). I chose the 2nd option, and then killed Brother Tosai and reported him to the palace, which concludes the quest. The next time I entered Bazaar, Sun was there, in the location indicated in Racthoh's post.

Note that Racthoh was able to cap apparently before getting in the Chalice choice of quests, so I don't know if something else triggers the Am Fah in Bazaar to become hostile. This is how it worked for me, if someone else is able to reproduce the spawn maybe we can find out what makes it happen.

One more note: The elite W capture in Bukdek Byway is Enraged Smash, during the quest "The afflicted guard". This is how I got it and couldn't remember in my 1st post in the topic. I saw people reporting that they got Furious Axe during it from "Afflicted Guardsman Feng" and even tried to go for the capture, asking a player who had the quest to party with me.

The actual boss of the quest is Afflicted Guardsman Chun (you can guildwiki's quest notes here: http://gw.gamewikis.org/wiki/The_Afflicted_Guard

I was very frustrated, only to discover the Furious Axe is not an elite, and it's even available at the skills trainer in Kaineng Center:
