As for the area in Gates of Kryta, you can uncover it near the east shoreline near the dock. It's one of the pain in the --- spots because you have to hit it just right to get it to uncover.

Areas you need to explore again:
Southern Shiverpeaks - wall hug the entire area. This is "THE" most common area that people miss.
Aurora Glade - explore the bonus area
The Wilds - explore the bonus area
The Falls - not fully explored
Dunes of Despair - explore the bonus area (it's quite large)
