Tips and Maps for 100% Tyria Exploration (No Map Checks)

hey guyz (up to 99.1% YAY!)...i cant get into 2 areas that can give me a bit of exploration points......wondering if someone can help me get into their or show me how to get into it.

The Great Northern Wall (1st attachment) - Without any running skills this will take several attempts. After the cut scene run south, the first area will be to your right and will dead end. Run back to the path hit the second area and it will lead to the western edge, wall hug this area. The path will lead you back to the main path, follow it to the last bridge. The final area is to the right of the last bridge. You will run into a large mob of Charr. Dispatch them and continue to the western edge, wall hung. This will uncover the area between Piken and Northern Wall.
If you haven't already, you can uncover the area north of the cut scene also. After the cut scene, run back the way you came. You will run into a very large mob of Charr but as a level 20 they are easily dispatched. Now you are free to explore the northern area where they were until the timer runs out.
Lonar's Pass (2nd attachment)- The area is uncovered in Lonar's Pass and the Frost Gate mission. Lonar's Pass is easy, wall hug the eastern edge. You can do it with Hero's and Henchies from Beacon's.
The area in Frost Gate can only be accessed from Rurik's Path. I have not been able to access it for some time and I don't have the patience to get the Ice Golem's to kill one of Rurik's guard to use CC or NT. In fact I have stopped identifying areas accessed by Rurik's Path when I do my map comparisons simply because it's not needed.

So, I'm at 99.0% and am stuck. There are a couple of places I know I need - Iron Mines, THK, Ice Caves - but I would appreciate a review of my map if you don't mind. Thanks for your help!

That would be The Crag. I believe it's an old PvP arena that's now moved to The Battle Isles. NOT needed for GMC.

Could someon please (re)post the method of getting down to Ulrik in Frost gate . I remember it had something to do with Necrotic traversal, but I can't seem to find something to kill down there.

Thanks for checkin my map, Wobrak! I achieved Grandmaster Cartographer today at 6:14 pm CST. I didn't even have to explore all the areas you circled for me.

Can someone please help me, Im about to rip my hair out. The small area to the west of the amnoon arena (The beacj north of the ship) has been explored on many maps i see for GMC, and I can't figre out how to get there. from what I've seen, the arena was not used to explore it, yet it is still uncovered on GMC maps. HOW!?!?!?! please help me.

To be honest, it's not worth the effort. At the most you might get .1% for going onto Rurik's Path. If you are lucky you will find a Snow Wolf on the path after the caves or you can try to get the Ice Golems to kill one of Rurik's guards at the first bridge.

Other the telling you to hug the walls, some spots are a pain to uncover because you have to find the sweet spot for it. Some comparison pics would be nice to know the exact location.

ok i got 95.1 lol took me 6 weeks to get the 1.8 i need to post here i know i need shiver peaks more just waiting til last for those areas i want to know where else i am missing places

Hey folks, I'm at 99.8%, I know about the frost gate road, but I haven't had any luck with the snow wolfs, so anywhere else I could get the last .2% would be nice.
