His daggers are horrible anyways. I still sold them for 15k in like 1min... so, go figure. But yea, he doesn't drop em often. I wanna farm Deeproot outside Amatz (you can pull him with his group only fairly easily) but the little sucker has 2-3 eles with him and they ruin everything. You can't even 55 it, cause he is using Dark Apostasy.

Here is my version:

Vengefull Was ...
Arcane Echo
Both Visagage spells
Vengrefull Weapon
Soothing Memories
Channeling
Conjure Nightmare

I do the same thing that was explained earlier but cast chaneling once the first Vengeful gets started. That way i have plenty of energy for Conjure Nighmare (25energy -8 degen for 11 seconds) to put on the boss. Two nightmares later he is dead with everyone else.

Illusion 11
Restoration 16
Inspiration 6

Also i start the sconed Visage spell about halfway through the first one so they do doulbe draining. I find that keeps me alive better than the rest. Before it was difficult for me to kill the boss but now it's fairly easy.

Also i got a barbed celestial bow of ogreslaying on my last run!

This is probably a stupiud question but can you get Sympathetic Visage in Canthia, and where?

If not is there an alternative you can?

no you cannot get sympathetic visage in cantha, it is a tyria only skill. Yes there is an alternative, Ancestor's visage, which you are already using.

1 problem i see ur using weapon of shadow in ur build but will the 2 visages still take the energy away beacuse the attack will not hit =S

the last 2 slots dont really matter on this run , i just put 2 random skills in to fill the empty skill slots , hense the reason i have a rez sig on a solo run

(i do it this way anyway even with both AV and SV) However i would'nt recomend confronting the boss with only 1 visage spell

EDIT: oops sorry for double post

Well thanks to one of my guild mates for trying this and telling me you can solo the wardens if you go out of Ruins into Arborstone. Also after the first 2 groups of wardens you can go solo The necro boss Craw Stonereap for his lovely green staff ^^. i'll post more info on this soon .. have to go to college in like 10 mins

Yea, Stonereaper is pretty easy to solo with anything. You just run the Warden groups and the Soul Leech/Backfire him with a N/Me. That's how a friend of mine was farming him. I haven't really tried to solo him with Vengeful, how do you handle the cripple? Illusion of Haste?

try it maybe? I havent gotten my rit that far yet, with weapon of warding it might help, but then again thatd make all attacks 50% chance to miss...

Physical resistance made the boss alot easier! The poison and his attacks were killing me faster than I can spam vengeful weapon, now I just heal and spam vengeful weapon. Thanks for the build.

EDIT: Ok, yea, I tried it out and it works perfect. What I did is I dropped my Illusion a bit- you only need AV/SV to about 15-16s to chain it. I also added Inspiration and took Channelling, which worked wonders (aggro a big mob and then just leech on them with Vengeful Wep) and Physical Resistance (for reduced damage). I also took Mend Body and Soul instead of Spirit Light- it's a faster cast spell, heals well, and has a lower chance of interrupt. Soothing Memories might not be a bad choice either (costs you only 2 while u holding the ashes and heals for a bit more but then has the longer cast and recharge).

Hi Guys, i met Lautir Kan yesterday and he showed me how to farm with Rt/Me. Well i was a Me/N but i changed to Me/Rt and tried this build. it works brilliantly for all the vermins, but when it comes to the boss nth really works. i tried phantom pain on him and i also tried conjure. But i just dont seem to be able to kill him, so i end up just sneaking past him killing the last 3 groups and then do the run backwards. So do u guys have any idea on how to kill this one? he just seems to kill me so fast... help would be appreciated.
Thx Tane

*must do research* it (whatever your farming) should be well and truely dead by then ... if it is'nt it should be very close, nothing that vengeful weapon wont fix

swapping channeling for blind was misouri will allow you to drop the blind ashes and cast a fourth time

I'm also having a bit of trouble with the vermin boss, any tips? I think he does more damage than you can steal with vengeful, so I'm guessing you have to kill him while in a group with other vermin healing you?

He does out dmg your khanhei when hes alone so lure him with at least 2 other groups of vermin, by the time the normal ones drop he should be very badly injured himself so now is the time to start stacking khanhei with vengeful weapon against him

Another handy hint, if your region has favour, there is a grenth temple just outside Senji, gives you +1 to rit attributes, can come in handy.

Updated skills and attributes on the first post , and am thinking of making a video of how to solo craw stonereaper (if there is any need for one :P) and updating the screen shots of the vermin run... also i would like to change the title of the thread to "Ritulist Vengeful Farming" since its no longer strictly vermin, so if any mods could help me out on that i'd appreciate it .

NOFI, but it is Ritu_A_list... not ritulist

Anyway, great build, it works just perfect.. The boss is a little less handy, but with some training you can kill him too.

Using the mesmer skill physical resistance you will be able to easly outheal + vamp him

also you should be wearing +10AL while holding armour

I have had little trouble farming the boss. I've been using:

arcane echo, vengeful was khanhei, sv, av, soothing mem, channeling, resilient weapon (I liked this better than vengeful weapon), phys resistance.

I just make sure I am buffed before I engage, particularly with sv or av, that way you won't get knocked down and disrupted too much.

Great build by the way, very fun to play.

Has anyone tried mark of pain with death blossom yet? It seems like you could make a farm build from that.

edit: tried it again just to be sure and I still prefer resilient and I do. The 3 second recharge on vengeful just made it not very useful to me. Plus, I take so much less damage with the regen and the added armor +24 that I can get a drink, eat some chips, pet the dog, all the while getting more green daggers to pack into my storage.

Its just a style of play difference. You want to farm fast, I want to farm laaaaaazy.

Just a heads up, I've been using this build to completely solo the queen scarab outside of Augury Rock, and the two griffon bosses near her. Replace physical resistance with mantra of resolve.
