Just a thought if you guys are going to get your guilds together to play around with such ideas. I suggest you guys do it in the international districts cause it's very empty in most of them and you will get almost no greifers and idiots there to ruin it for you. most people are very quiet in those areas.

I'll talk it over with the intended missus. I took her to LA dist 16 late last night for the proposal. There were four other people besides us. No spam... My favorite location is the Ice Tooth Cave, international district 1. Empty. 24/7.

But then again, I'm a woman who likes white, cold areas over green, lush, warm areas such as Lion's Arch.

Fisherman's haven is very nice as well

Maguuma stade is also very empty. You could have it at serenity temple or Grendich Courthouse, as those are the closest to having it in a church.

Pro's and Con's of having it in an Instance

Pro's - no possibility of jerks who disrupt the procedings. there are some pretty cool looking places in the instances.

Con's - You can only have a maximum of 4-8 people in it.

Heck I will... I know lots of people have been looing at these locations for such things. Henge of Denravi... Lots of nice fistas to use. Also The Wilds has a nice small alcove and Lions Arch has the Light house. All would make excellent locations for a ceremony ranging from small to large in size... Biggest area being the Henge of Denravi stadium style Smallest being like The Wilds Alcove. Many to choose from, but these were the first I thought of for these kind of events.

As to a minister. They may place a priest NPC in one of these locations for an event if you request it from arenanet, for such special occasions...

We did our entire guild Screenshot in the Large Stadium like area in Henge. All 50+ members. It was really cool...
