The task bar has been changed through the use of custome Windows Schemes and/or Themes. Themes are applied using third party programs like WindowBlinds or WindowsX.
go back like 2 or 3 pages and you will be able to catchup on lots more info. Also, if you decide to learn more, the most commom theme that you see here with the black taskbar is called Windows Vista.

I use exthemepatcher from neowin.net Works just a well as the others and doens't use up anymore memory than windows normally uses (which means one less program runnung). Just to let you know they aren't loli as that is disgusting. I can't stand a single loli image out there. Do a search for loli images if you want to see what those images are. I actually use that exact image in my sig on another forum and have gotten quite a few compliments on it. I am assuming you don't watch much anime.

I've seen plenty. Child-like sex icons are very common I have noticed. Whatever floats your boat, just seems rather...sick to me.

Yep. you get a program called "Boot Camp" and it allows you to boot windows xp. They all come with an ATI X1600 iirc which should run GW just fine. I however prefer my Toshiba for GW
