Is it normal that IDS on its display stat on the sword was not highlight in blue text on "cold damage"? Since it deals cold damage base on icy sword hilt, shouldn't that part of the text highlight in blue very similar to the way the FDS is displaying its stat "fire damage" hightlight in blue, purple, or gold text depend on the value of the sword.

Has ANet gone and nerfed the IDS run? What the heck happened? Why are the spawns so spread out? It takes me about 8 times to get the right spawn. Once and if I get to the cave, I have this insano huge group I can't possibly manage with careful pulling. And there is ALWAYS an Ice Golem in the bunch which scews me over with rust. Any suggestions?

Well the question is still out there for some people.
A few weeks back I was in the Ice Caves of Sorrow pretty early in the morning and a guy was advertising that he was putting together a group to farm for IDS (DMG 50-60!!!, lol) from the imps at the beginning of the mission.
I politely let him know that they don't drop here.
Him: "Yes they do! My guild leader got one last night when we were doing this mission"
Me: "Sorry, but check all the forums and all the information on the net, they only drop from the imps in mineral springs"
Him (after a while): "Where's that?"
Me: "Northeast of Granite Citadel"
Him: "So how did my leader get one last night?"
Me: "Well I would guess he was just messing with you, they don't drop here."
Him: "Dude it had his name on it and saw it drop from the imp"
Me: "Ok, whatever, well best of luck in your farming"
It honestly made me start to doubt, but it didn't really matter. I suspect his guild leader either just toldh im it happened, or had a customized one that he dropped on the ground to have fun with them.
So much for trying to be helpful.
