Add a monthly fee. Possibly reverse the effect that UB has (attacks heal foes, Ursan Roar knocks YOU down, etc).

PuG's have always been pretty bad.. they only seems worse now because we are more experienced and probably have become used to a certain...

Probably because it was a dev character (or more likely on a dev server)? Anyway, you can't get flameforged in pre (from what I have seen).

I play GW a lot (in an excessive and unhealthy ammount) and have a 30gb per month limit. Even while downloading a ton of torrents I have not yet...
