Well stick it to High End with s/b 100k and see how it goes. I wouldn't sell for less than ~ 40e, since I managed to sell a r11 13^50 for 100k...
Inscr. Sephis are far too common. The max you can get is 15k.
I would agree but first i would perf salvage the mods. If not I'd try for a few k more. Don't mod if you are selling.

I sold a r11 13^50 for 100k. Maby I was lucky, dunno, I would say around 40-50k for yours
