Ok been to 3 dwayna ,grenth visits now and still have no hat ,is there no update yet on how we can get them?

Dwayna and Grenth never arrived in Kamadan . And la district 48 never got hats

the next dwayna /grenth visit is in about 45 minutes ,dont think it will be fixed by then

Why are they not fixing it ? I thought there would be some kind of new build by now ?
