Dont get me wrong about the update as a whole.. I am loving the "New Daily Quests" and "Armor Storage"... those are HUGE big...

I think it means the actual storage chest... so instead of 4 bins (+ Mats)... you can have up to 8 bins... so thats an extra 80 slots of space......
