Just wanted to point out that you have "16" Mysticism... but 12+1+3 = 15, not 16. ;-) Not sure if you meant another addition in there or not.

Just have to fight and kill. You get faction points when a member of the opposing team dies, and a bonus if your team gets a flawless victory....

If you mean minions as in, heroes (Koss)? Yes, it affects them. Chants, echoes, etc., it should all affect them. As for henchmen, I don't know...
