When someone asks this in game, I always say that level doesn't matter much, leave when you feel like there's nothing for you to stay for...

You could test it with a PvP character. Compare some height choices with the npc's in the training area.

Speaking of whiners, I saw someone complain how there's "only 4 hats" for this event.

Hmm, my last Tyrian character didn't get the experience from it either. But I had done the Closer to the Stars part in Cantha before that, so...

No way in hell would I want "Skillz" on my hero window. I avoided getting even a single point towards that title for a reason.
