Not all resto items were nerfed. never heard of same happening with heal/prot tho.. On Canthan Universal staffs resto did get nerfed, ie....

Ahh its 45/ench 10vs cold.. Imo 100-150e.. .. . its perf and rare and all. but quite useless mod combo. when overall cold is quite useless.
