Both cards are pretty terrible. But the 5500 is slightly less terrible and more likely to run gw.

You didn't pay attention to all the posts here, as well as when you bought the card did you..? You need AGP as i thought i kinda clearly...
Like the others i too will say the 8500 isn't meant for games. It's nothing but an exact copy of an 8400 except with a 128-bit memory bus....
