is your power useage in Windows set to Performance mode? Also, what video card drivers are you using?

you can get partially assembled barebones kits and then configure them a little yourself, but it's prohibitively expensive, not much variety...

You might want to check to see if your firewall is blocking or limiting access to the INternet for GW..... of course a good virus and malware scan...

well posting your system specs would be a good start if your not sure where to find them you can go to "Start" then "Run" then...

That's a pretty good upgrade there, should make a difference in allot of games for you.
