what's your ping? and by jittery is it your character rubber banding or does everything on the screen jerk around when you move?

why on earth would you play with low graphics? Your computer can obviously handle max - and you are not going to get more than 60 fps with V-sync...

Not familiar with them, but that computer is combining a high end Processor and 12 Gb of RAM (3x what almost anyone really needs) with a low end...

yes, it will run GW1 at max settings, no problem there at any "normal" laptop resolution.
