I just want to make this clear to myself. If I have Sentinel's Insignia on 3 pieces of armor will it give me plus 60 Armor vs ele dmg?

Green, 9-41 slashing dmg, req 9, dmg +15%, energy -5, armour penetration +20% (chance 20%), enchants last 20% longer
