I would trying to sell as is since it is... 15>50, although there is a Req. 13, once again most swordsman warriors have 13+ in swordsman....
Either sell it as it or salvage it on your own, BUT that's risky, since you may get the Enchanting Pommel, or materials, BUT... if you pull...
Throw that up on the SELL part of these forums, you should be able to make some cake.
