Merch. Any shield gives you half armor (for max shields, 8 armor) when you don't meet its req, so any max shield is an 8 armor, no req shield.

I'd merch it or throw it on a hero. If you find a buyer for skin alone, 1-2k is about all you'll squeeze out of it imo.
