Agree with Pleikki. You might be able to squeeze ~2-3k max out of it for someone who loves the skin, but it's not worth the time imo. Merch.
Salvage +30 and try for around 5k for the scythe grip. Merch the scythe or put it on a hero. Razorclaw is a pretty common skin and not very popular.
