rune - check rune trader for current price shocking mods might get 1k or so if you find a buyer otherwise, merch it all

hero/merch imo since it's single modded. might get a few k for it if you're lucky, but it's probably not worth the time to sell

merch first 3, or maybe give the green to a newbie. gavel of the nephilim ~5k imo, perhaps a bit more.

barrel hammer - salvage anything you want and merch winged axe - perhaps a few k for req 9, but i'd merch to save time. hard sell probably

salvage +45 enchanted from first. merch if it survives merch other 2 as well
