A lot (if not most) of GW players play because of no monthly fee, they can't afford it and/or don't believe in paying monthly fees for a game.

I've just deleted a few characters with the usual about 90k on them that was meant to go in storage but never got around to it.

I think it's funny, since all they do it cry about things being nerfed, when really they could be finding a different build that works even...
If they started charging a monthly fee, most of the community would be gone, so I doubt they would. It would be suicide.
