You do realize that not all IAS are stances right? Anyhow, so can IAS actually stack to 33% ?

I know that like running skills, stacking buffs like won't go beyond 33%, but say if I have two 25% IAS at the same time do I get 33% instead?

I dont believe for a second he done it with heros and "c space" through it, most likely he cashed in all his ectos stock and bought it...
