I 7900gs is a very strong card. What resolution do you play on? Then again, problem could be a weak CPU or not enough RAM. What are your system specs?

Ranger farming NM raptor cave is easy, but whenever I do it i only get 1-4 drops . Grawl farming yields better results for me, for some reason.
