If you have a r9 Command Shield then you have no need to change attributes. The question of Spear of Fury over EBSoH is basicly a matter of taste...

I guess it all really depends on your main. Running as a Paragon (imba) i find im better off with OOtV in most if not all areas of the game,...

Running a paragon main and then just falling back on discord is just plain stupidity. Paragons work well together, bring a OOtV MM a Commandagon...

Anthem of Weariness and Vicious Attack, Weariness is just better than flame. Vicious attack... deep wound is handy.
