There is not a time when a rank up is garunteed, it is random, but overall with the double points it would be better to go for the rank ups...
its really not best to save the shrines until the map is cleared, it has been noted that to get rank 2 hunter (or w.e it may be called) you talk...

Just wanted to say this build works great and thanks for sharing, my current best run tim is only 12 minutes but I have only done it a few times,...
actually you can tell how many cart points you have, if you have kept track of all of the dungeons you've done and main quests you just take...
just report the characters with /report, anet cant keep track of everyone botting. /report is ftw
