Ele, assassin, monk, rit, or warrior are probs best for farming. Good skills include shadow form, vengeful was kanaai, prot spirit. Try search...

Theres a good D/N build, arcane orders or something like that. Althought its better on a hero. Cant remember it, but its definately up on pvxwiki.com

Theres an Any/Ele build up on pvxwiki that should work I think. I think it uses air of superiority but its rank isnt that important.
