I agree on the 1:4 ratio for NM and I believe the ratio for HM is between 2:3 and 2:4 to me.

Yup, some guildy got one a few days ago in bogrooths.
Running 1 warrior, 3 monk teams in AB and blowing 2 to even all 3 teams up. I always get great lolz out of this and the usual replies in all chat.
